Conference facilities range from large meeting halls for trade shows or conventions to smaller rooms for workshops and group meetings.

Hotels and Conference Facilities will provide most of the equipment required and will assist in locating support services for your meetings. Special group rates are available at most hotels.

And when business is over, there is all of Barbados to enjoy: beautiful white beaches, a variety of watersports, duty free shopping, the scenes and sights of the island, culture and heritage as presented in our dinner shows, and in the exciting and varied nightlife.

Several hotels in Barbados offer conference and convention facilities. There is the added convenience of staying in the hotel where the conference or convention is being held. For smaller conferences/conventions (less than 150 people) these facilities are ideal, but for larger meetings a Convention Centre is recommended.

Amaryllis Beach Resort	Hastings, Christ Church	Capacity - up to 200 persons theatre style. Main conference room can be divided into three separate rooms.
Hilton Hotel	Needhams Point, Aquatic Gap, St.Michael	Needham's Ballroom (6,200 sq. ft.) - capacity 570 guests. 10,000 sq. ft. including complex with high-speed internet access, executive boardroom, three meeting rooms, business centre, exhibition centre, special group registration area. Charles Fort - outdoor venue.
Blue Horizon Apartment Hotel	Rockley, Christ Church	Capacity - 70 people
Hotel PomMarine	Hastings, Christ Church	Accommodates up to 50 people
The Crane Residential Resort	Crane, St.Philip	Pavilion Room (2,250 sq. ft) - One room suite with partial ocean view. Seats 100 people. Crane Village Conference Center - Total of 3 rooms(2,712 sq. ft): Eastbourne, Fortescue, Bascombe. Accommodates 120-150 persons combined.

Southern Palms Beach Club	St. Lawrence Gap, Christ Church	Capacity - 100 people (theatre style)
